Expert Forecasts Near-Term Price Target Following XRP Rebound

Crypto analyst Ali Martinez has shared updated price targets for XRP, Bitcoin, and Ethereum following a predicted market rebound, highlighting key support levels and resistance zones for each digital asset.

Expert Forecasts Near-Term Price Target Following XRP Rebound

Crypto analyst Ali Martinez (@ali_charts) shared a thread on October 18 laying out the conditions for a market rebound across XRP, Bitcoin, and Ethereum. Since then, all three digital assets have ticked upward.

XRP moved up from a low of $1.26 to $1.34. Bitcoin advanced from $80,700 to $82,700, while Ethereum went from $2,330 to $2,430. Following these moves, Martinez updated his perspective with fresh, immediate price targets for each cryptocurrency.

What Martinez Said About XRP

On the 3-day chart, Martinez pointed to $1.25 as a critical support level for XRP, framing the setup as a potential inverse head-and-shoulders pattern. According to his analysis, the left shoulder formed earlier in the year, the head dropped to roughly $1 during August, and the right shoulder was taking shape near $1.25 when he published the post.

Martinez noted that defending that support level could kickstart a move toward $2, adding that “a sustained close above $1.56 could open the path to $2.” Conversely, he designated $1 as the downside boundary to monitor if $1.25 gave way.

Bitcoin and Ethereum at Key Levels

Regarding Bitcoin, Martinez highlighted $81,000 as the bottom boundary of a daily rising channel. He stated that if buyers protected that threshold, BTC could advance toward $84,000 and eventually reach the channel’s mid-range at $86,500. He also cautioned that a drop beneath $81,000 would turn attention toward $76,000.

Meanwhile, Ethereum faced a comparable test at $2,350, which Martinez marked as the support line for a “right-angled ascending broadening pattern.” He suggested that a bounce from this mark could lift ETH to $2,700 or even $3,000, whereas a daily close under $2,350 would bring $2,000 into focus.

The New Targets

With the rebounds materializing, Martinez proclaimed a “market rebound as predicted” and released immediate targets for the trio of assets: $86,500 for BTC, $2,700 for ETH, and $1.55 for XRP. He emphasized that breaking those levels would extend the rally further.

Where the Charts Stand Now

Bitcoin’s (BTC) daily chart currently puts the price at $84,535, identifying $86,500 as the next resistance level. The chart’s projected trajectory points right toward that target.

Ethereum (ETH) trades at $2,512 on its daily chart, with projections mapping out a path toward $2,700 followed by $3,100. XRP changes hands at $1.39 on the 3-day chart, keeping $1.55 as the next resistance for the asset ahead of the broader $2 objective.
